a softer way.
A 3-NIGHT WOMEN’S RETREAT IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
THURS SEP 25 - SUN SEP 28, 2025
Restore, nurture and replenish your soft, feminine essence and well-being through holistic nourishment tools, rest, play, connection, pleasure, and nature at an unspoiled, beachfront hideaway just 3 miles from the heart of Cabarete, Dominican Republic.
At this retreat experience you will have the ability to press pause on the busy-ness and demands of your day-to-day schedule and explore what’s possible when you choose to carve out time to slow-down, feel, and receive. What’s possible when you dedicate a few days to clear your mind, drop into the body, listen to your heart, and connect with your spirit?
Imagine immersing yourself in a beautiful, supported environment that warmly invites you into rest and renewal; surrounded by nature, breathing deeply and consciously, moving your body gently and slowly, taking naps and walks, enjoying delicious foods at open air restaurants, sunbathing at the beach or lounging by the pool, relaxing in a hammock, receiving a massage, healing and laughing in community - feeling yourself soften and melt into deeper states of receptivity, relaxation, and presence.
We will intentionally nourish the body, heart, mind, and soul through experiences of breathwork, body-centered meditations and practices, deep rest, gentle movement, sacred community, self-inquiry and journaling, relaxing spa massage, healing self-massage techniques, and time to commune with and play in nature.
Join us for this intimate opportunity to deepen your connection to a softer, more receptive aspect of your being and return home feeling replenished and restored. You will leave with tools and practices that you can integrate to create more flow, ease, and pleasure in your day-to-day life.

where we’re staying.
We’ll be staying at the lush, beachfront, and eco-conscious jungle hotel, Natura Cabana, located halfway between the towns of Sosua and Cabarete in the Dominican Republic. The hotel includes direct access to the beach, a pool, spa, two open-air restaurants, an organic garden, a meditative walking path, hammocks, and an outdoor yoga temple where we will gather. The famous surfers’ beach, Playa Encuentro, is also within walking distance.
Each cabana is designed within the guidelines of Feng Shui and include traditional palm thatched roofs and richly decorated interiors using wood, shells, and different stones. All cabanas have terraces, comfortable couches, and/or hammocks, where you can disconnect to reconnect.

Not at all! Beginners and experienced practitioners are all welcome here. In fact, if you’ve been curious about trying any one of these modalities, this is a great place to start.
We will be practicing simple, gentle, and/or restorative yoga poses and will offer modifications as needed. Meditations will be guided and most of the breath practices will be restorative. Modifications will be offered for more activating breathwork included in the workshops.
Note, breathwork contraindications include history of heart conditions, recent injury or operation, and epilepsy. Asthma and pregnancy may be contraindications for more activating breath practices, which can be modified.
